Job Description:
Blue Barn Land & Cattle is seeking an experienced person to assist with the day-to-day activities of a diversified farm and ranch. This job has a wide variety of tasks and projects ranging from machinery operation, irrigation and harvest activities to construction and mechanical work.
The right applicant will be expected to work typical farm hours and some weekends depending on the season. Ideal candidates are self motivated, team players who want a dynamic business where duties and tasks change. Some college coursework (agriculture preferred) and experience in farm/ranch operations is helpful. Teamwork and attention to detail are important.
Our compensation is negotiable based on skills and experience. Expect a competitive hourly rate, overtime and eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Benefits include housing, and health insurance.
